Our monthly rate includes two guaranteed workouts a week(currently tuesday/thursday), approximately 8 a month, and discounted resistance training fees.

Our monthly fee for resistance training guarantees one training session a week on Sundays. Monthly subscribers get their choice of morning or afternoon training session.

We will always preach quality over quantity. Although logic would say we want as many athletes as possible, we truly want to provide the highest quality training possible to your child. In order to do this, we must limit session size. Please reach out to check availability for monthly packages and session availability.
We offer one on one training as well as small group training. This is dependent on facility availability and what specific training you want. The following is the pricing for competitive athletes of same/similar skill level and sport:
1 athlete-$30 per workout
2 athletes-$55($27.50 each) per workout
3 athletes-$75($25 each) per workout
4 athletes-$90($22.50 each) per workout
One on one and competitive small group training will include proper warm-ups, drills and resistance training in the movements specific to the sport/area requested, in depth Vertimax Raptor training, and proper cool down/stretching to end the session. If you are looking for specialized training for a group larger than 4 athletes, please reach out so we can speak about accommodating the request.
Small group workout prices for non competitive athletes or athletes not of the same age or same/similar skill level is $25 per athlete up to 2 athletes. If there are 3 or more athletes, the price will drop to $20 per athlete with a maximum of 8 athletes total. This training option will include proper warm ups, resistance training and skill work in the movements specific to the sport/area requested, a small amount of conditioning, and proper cool down/stretching.
